{"id":38483,"date":"2020-09-08T10:27:15","date_gmt":"2020-09-08T15:27:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/diariodigitalmx.com\/?p=38483"},"modified":"2020-09-08T10:28:13","modified_gmt":"2020-09-08T15:28:13","slug":"38483","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/diariodigitalmx.com\/index.php\/2020\/09\/08\/38483\/","title":{"rendered":"Se declara culpable por terrorismo"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Por Rogelio Romero<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dallas, Texas.- La fiscal de justicia federal en el distrito noreste de Texas, Erin Nealy Cox inform\u00f3 que el indiciado Omer Kuzu de 23 a\u00f1os de edad, se declar\u00f3 culpable de cargos de terrorismo, ya que perteneci\u00f3 a la organizaci\u00f3n subversiva ISIS.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kuzu acept\u00f3 en su declaraci\u00f3n de culpabilidad que recibi\u00f3 entrenamiento militar y en manejo de telecomunicaciones por parte de instructores de la organizaci\u00f3n subversiva en la ciudad&nbsp; iraqu\u00ed de Mosul.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que en el a\u00f1o 2014, \u00e9l y su hermano Yusuf partieron hacia Turqu\u00eda &nbsp;donde despu\u00e9s fueron trasladados a Siria para finalmente llegar a territorio iraqu\u00ed donde junto a otros 40 militantes, recibieron entrenamiento en el manejo de armas y t\u00e1cticas insurgentes.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Durante casi 5 a\u00f1os Kuzu fue enviado a diferentes frentes para apoyar a los combatientes de ISIS en sus misi\u00f3n b\u00e9lica, hasta que&nbsp; fue capturado.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Su detenci\u00f3n junto a otros 1500 combatientes de la organizaci\u00f3n terrorista ocurri\u00f3 en Irak, durante el mes de marzo del 2019.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Despu\u00e9s fue repatriado y entregado a agentes del FBI hasta su presentaci\u00f3n en Corte, donde acept\u00f3 los cargos que se le imputan.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La fiscal Cox se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el dia de &nbsp;sentencia definitiva para el acusado fue fijado para el pr\u00f3ximo 22&nbsp; de enero del 2021 y, si es encontrado culpable podr\u00eda permanecer hasta 20 a\u00f1os en prisi\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Por Rogelio Romero Dallas, Texas.- La fiscal de justicia federal en el distrito noreste de Texas, Erin Nealy Cox inform\u00f3 que el indiciado Omer Kuzu de 23 a\u00f1os de edad, se declar\u00f3 culpable de cargos de terrorismo, ya que perteneci\u00f3 a la organizaci\u00f3n subversiva ISIS.
